What this gage meters

This is not a natural stream record. The Berthoud Pass Ditch moves water from Fraser River headwaters at Berthoud Pass (Div 5) into West Fork Clear Creek (Div 1), operated by City of Northglenn (owns and operates the ditch system and water rights); co-owned in part by the City of Golden — so this record is a ledger of those deliveries.
